Methodology

To make the fried bread, begin by mixing the flour, salt, and yeast in a deep bowl. Step by step add the water and knead till the dough is easy.

Cowl the combination with a towel and let it relaxation for 30-40 minutes.

Form the dough into 6-8 small balls.

Sprinkle a bit flour on a easy floor and use a rolling pin to roll every ball into a skinny sheet, roughly 20 cm in diameter.

Place 2 tablespoons of cheese within the heart of every sheet.

Fold the sheet to surround the filling, then gently press it with a rolling pin to reshape it right into a circle, spreading the filling in order that the fried bread is about 20 cm in diameter.

In a non-stick pan, warmth 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium to excessive warmth.

Fry every individually for 3-4 minutes, till golden brown on either side.

Place on absorbent paper and serve instantly.
